Literacy for LifeBELOIT, WI – On April 8th from 4-6pm, the Beloit Historical Society and Literacy for Life are collaborating for History of Beloit Play Day! The free event will be held at the Beloit Historical Society, 845 Hackett St. and is open to the public.

At the event, there will be a screening of the PBS documentary ‘Hometown Stories of Wisconsin: Beloit.’ Student volunteers will run an activity and reading station that feature activities in both English and Spanish and books written by Beloit College students. Visitors will also be able to explore the Beloit Historical Society’s exhibits with a guide.
